Registration of Securities

All securities offered to the public in Malawi require registration with the Registrar unless exempted. The primary goal of registration is to promote transparency in the issuance of securities to enable an investor make an informed investment decision. In so doing, the interest of the investors and general public are well protected.

An issuer seeking to register securities must complete and submit registration application form through the registration of securities portal.
